R&E Tooling & Plastics was started in March, 1967, by Earl Fails and Roger Dickey as a partnership. At the time, they had 13 years experience in injection molding and custom mold building. Within one year the Company’s growth required a move from an 800 square foot plant to a 3,500 square foot plant. In May 1971, the partnership purchased their own building for a total of 15,500 square feet. At the end of the same month, the company incorporated. Their growth shows reflection of satisfied customers throughout the United States, due to great pride taken in quality and performance.

On September 10, 1993, Roger Dickey bought out partner, Earl Fails and the company became a family owned and operated business. Roger continued to lead the business into success until he retired August 23, 2017. Roger still guided the company as his son, Ryan Dickey served as President until July 9, 2022. Ryan lead the business and made many upgrades and improvements in the 5 years as President.

In July of 2022, Reade Dickey, also the son of Roger Dickey, was named President of R&E Tooling and Plastics, Inc. and plans to continue the growth and quality service started by his father and continue the family legacy for our future generations. He is dedicated to sticking to Roger’s philosophy of going above and beyond for the customer and always providing our customers with quality parts and service.
